The Gill Beetle® is the only drill of its kind that can produce hole sizes from 4" to 24" in diameter in any location, even inside buildings. Now one machine can handle all your quarry needs as well as any utility work, construction work, and environmental and water well work...Low initial capital outlay combined with reduced costs for site preparation substantially reduce costs. The 900/350 air capacity makes the Gill Beetle® a small drill with large drill capabilities resulting in higher production than similar small drills. The Gill Beetle® can put the hole exactly where you want it, quickly and efficiently, without leveling jacks or major site preparation. Pipe features:
- Alloy heat-treated steel for all tool joints
- Manufactured to meet API specifications
- Manufactured to meet specific drill rig designs
- All joints 100% electric welded
- Shrink fit for proper alignment
- All pipe is checked for straightness
- All threads are lubricated and covered with thread protectors
When ordering please specify rig make and model, O.D., length, wall thickness, and thread.
Complete repair and straightening services are also available.

Adapters are made to each customer's individual requirements. The adapters feature alloy heat-treated steel and are manufactured to meet API specifications.
Standard styles include:
Spindle adaptors
Crossover adapters
Reaming adaptors - Adapter with welded fins made to fit above the hammer; aids in reducing wear on the hammer when working up out of the hole.
When ordering please specify O.D., length shoulder to shoulder, thread size and break-out configuration.

Four basic styles of stabilizers are available: smooth ribbed straight, ribbed spiral, and over the hammer.
Stabilizer features:
Alloy heat-treated steel for tool connections
Breakout configuration made to customer requirements
Bottom may be bored for check valve
Ribs may be hard surfaced upon request
All stabilizers are checked for straightness
Inner pipe construction which increases rigidity and strength is available upon request
Over the hammer stabilizers are made for any down the hole hammer
When ordering please specify O.D., length of neck, length shoulder to shoulder, tool joint sizes, and style of stabilizer.

Drill Stems And Adapters:
Drill stems from solid bars to API specifications. Stems 24' or longer are made with welded boxes and pins.
Adapters are available in two styles: 2 flutes and 4 flutes. Both styles are manufactured to API specifications.
Larger adapters can be made with fabricated wings, if desired.
Rope Sockets, Swivels, Buttons, and Bailers:
Two types of rope sockets available.
Open Side (burns)
Prosser (closed)
All joints are manufactured to API Specifications and are drilled to accomodate any drill cable size.
Swivels and buttons are manufactured from special cold rolled steel. When ordering specify wire line sizes.
We also manufacture dart style bailers and dart style bailer bottoms.
