At Gill Rock Drill Company, we believe in customer service and support.
Field Support – In addition to providing machine sales, we offer full field support to all Gill Beetle® Drill owners. We have trained service technicians and a fully equipped maintenance vehicle that can be scheduled for servicing, routine maintenance, and minor repairs right where you are operating.
Drill Upgrades – Our fully equipped Gill Beetle® Drill fabrication and assembly shop allows us to offer major upgrades to your older drill for a fraction of the cost of a new drill. We can also perform winter maintenance and repairs in our shops. We offer pick up and delivery service.
Retro Fits – Our shops have the ability to integrate components from the Gill Beetle® Drill onto other pieces of equipment. Just tell us what you would like your piece of equipment to do.
Contract Drilling and Rentals – We have a full line of Gill Beetle® Drills and a drill crew to help our customers with drilling support when needed. We are available to help Gill Beetle® Drill customers when they need extra drilling, and we are available to contract direct on construction projects, geothermal projects, and specialty drilling projects. We also have equipment available for rental with your qualified drill crews.
Down-the-Hole Hammer Repairs – We offer complete service and repair of down the hole hammers. We can break the tool joints of most hammer models and our trained personnel will inspect, clean, and repair your hammer to get you back drilling as quickly as possible.
Tool Joint Repair – Don’t discard your used drill pipe and adaptors just because the threads are worn or damaged. With our manual machining center, we can rethread and repair your worn tools. Before any repair is performed, we will inspect the material for integrity and present you with a plan.
Machining and Fabricating – With our full service machine and fabrication shops, we are capable of manufacturing all types of products even those outside the drilling industry. Let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to get it made.
